From the moment we arrived at the hotel, the warm smiles of the staff made us feel at home. Our children loved the bustling kids' club, and the dinner options felt like a global feast every night!

While the rooms were clean, the outdated air conditioning struggled to keep us comfortable during the warm nights. We also found the beach area a bit rocky for little feet.

While I found the suite a bit dated and the pools might benefit from a little warmth, the variety and quality of food surpassed my expectations, particularly at the picturesque beachside dining areas.

The suite with pool view had a lot to improve upon. The proximity of the bathroom was cramped with a wet room that had issues with odors and drainage. The ground around the beach was mostly rocky, so beach shoes were necessary, and sometimes the fridge in the room struggled to keep drinks properly cold when we needed them. The evening entertainment could be a bit repetitive, featuring shows that lacked the polish and variety one might expect after a long day of activities.

I almost gave a good review, but the complete lack of complimentary gestures for such inconvenience really took the cake. not impressed. definitely not returning.
